I had people over last night and we all got rather drunk.

And I make out with my oldest friend because she was really sad and I am an easy pushover.
Much to my dismay, we then played truth or dare and I now have no dignity at all :)

So I pretty much outed myself to my friends (I say pretty much...they've all got it now.)
Only managed to embarrass myself and drink far too much.

Getting off with her was one of the most surreal experiences I've ever had though.
Although, luckily for me everyone is ok with all of the above (including me and her)
Yeah, she is (normally) straight and I've known her since I was 1. But its fine.

you may have guessed I am so bored (holidays) I can spend time writing angsty acrostic messages.
but i've no idea what I should do next. (i am really worried about her)

I have a weekend ticket for Reading Festival, with early entry.
This alone is completely awesome, but...
I am also seeing Simon Amstell in June, Radiohead in July, and R.E.M. in August!
My summer is pretty sorted!

Also, life-drawing was very good today.
Had a model with amazing purple hair (she looked like my idea of Tonks).
Got at least two good drawings, am getting better at doing them quickly, and now don't have to constantly measure proportions!

Second life drawing class today - fewer people though. However, we drew Jason who is a regular of the group - completely different from last week, with Alexandra. Bern told me I'd improved in only two weeks - she sounded a bit suprised! (in a good way though...)

Also, first day volunteering at the Oxfam Bookshop, which is a lot of fun - sorting books and alphabetising them (this will help me learn my alphabet fully I hope). There are a couple of very cool people there with me, which is good. Only problem is that the basement floods when it rains, due to bad roadworks, and there was a thunderstorm today!

Life drawing

I had my first ever life drawing class today - I opted to go as my art teachers highly recommended it. Suprisingly enough, I was the only person from my class at school to go; as there are 10 of us I thought maybe someone else would. Apparently not!

It's an evening class at a local art centre, so there were a real mix of people there which I thought was really encouraging. I really enjoyed it - and hopefully learnt some stuff while I was there (even better if what I picked up was on proportion). I hope it will help improve my drawing, and that I'll be inspired to use some other media than just graphite and pens!

My drawings aren't too bad either. If I get round to photographing one, I might post it.
Definitely going back next week!

On Friday it was the end of exam week (Thank God) and so we (me and a few friends) went to Alex (one of the friends) house for a barbecue lunch. During the stay, I stubbed my toe on something, half ripped the toenail off and possibly broke my toe. It was actually very funny - it was dripping blood everywhere and at the time I found this hilarious. But exams are over until January (mocks..dun dun dun)

Brand new to this, and this is mainly testing what works etc.
So, lets try this:

I had my Geography exam today (exam week sucks) and it was crappy basically. But got home at 11.15 - so 5 hours earlier than normal, so not too bad.
